A surgeon-founded organization that provides inpatient coverage and call services for healthcare systems nationwide is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist interested in a primarily inpatient practice model across multiple locations.
Highlights of the Opportunity:
- Flexible 7-on/7-off schedule with opportunities for additional scheduling flexibility
- Primarily inpatient consults, emergency department consults, and surgical procedures
- Limited outpatient responsibilities, typically 2-3 hours per week for post-operative follow-up visits
- Bread-and-butter urologic case mix
- Access to Da Vinci robotic surgery platforms
- No relocation required
- Choice of W-2 employment or 1099 independent contractor compensation
- Earning potential up to $819,000 annually
- Malpractice coverage with tail coverage, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits for employed physicians
