Opportunity: NP/PA - Urology

This is an exciting full-time opportunity for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join an established urology practice. You'll be part of a collaborative team of 5 APPs and 5 physicians, providing comprehensive urological care to patients.

Job Details:

  • Diverse opportunity to work in clinic, hospital, and surgery settings
  • Ideal candidate will have Surgical Assist skills, though not required
  • Monday through Friday schedule from 8 am to 5 pm with 1 in 4 weekend call coverage (call pay provided)
  • Primary location in Duluth with future outreach to Virginia Medical Center and Superior
  • Opportunities to develop your own niche such as Men's Health Clinic and Pelvic Floor Therapy
  • Provide comprehensive urological care to patients of various ages
  • Utilize advanced health assessment, knowledge, and decision-making skills
  • Work both independently and collaboratively with the healthcare team
  • Emphasize health promotion and disease prevention
  • Requires excellent customer service skills to establish positive relationships
  • Master's or Doctorate degree in Nursing or Bachelor's/Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies required
  • Current appropriate state licensure and national certification required
