An established healthcare team in Northwest Arkansas is seeking a BE/BC Urologist to join its growing practice. This permanent opportunity offers an attractive compensation package, a well-balanced schedule, and the chance to live surrounded by the natural beauty of the Ozark Mountains.
A Practice Designed Around Your Lifestyle
The schedule gives you room to build a rewarding career without letting work consume your week.
- Monday–Thursday: Full clinic days
- Friday: Half day
- Option for a 4-day, 10-hour schedule
- Approximately 20–25 patients per clinic day
- Weekend call: 1:4, approximately 10 shifts per month

Compensation & Benefits
- $550,000 base compensation + production
- $40,000 commencement bonus
- Up to $10,000 relocation assistance
- Eligible for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)
