We're seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist for locum tenens coverage in Mishawaka, Indiana. This opportunity offers a mix of clinic and call coverage with full travel reimbursement.
Schedule:
- Clinic: 7:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Night Call: 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM
- Initial coverage is flexible and sporadic with potential to grow into consistent blocks.
Case Details:
- Adult patients only
- 2–5 patients per day
- General Urology procedures required (Robotics a plus)
- EMR: EPIC
- No supervising responsibilities
Travel:
- Flight, hotel, and rental car provided
Credentialing Timeline:
- Payer Enrollment: 90–120 days
- Hospital Privileges: 45–60 days
We're looking for someone who can start as early as credentialing allows and is open to longer-term or recurring coverage.

Job Responsibilities
- Perform standard urology procedures
- Participate in a 24-hour call rotation (nights only)
Qualifications
- Active Indiana medical license or IMLC – REQUIRED
- CDS and DEA (with IN address) – REQUIRED
- ACLS Certification – Preferred
- Robotics-trained – Preferred
- Willingness to commit to a $25,000 conversion rate if applicable – REQUIRED
Working Hours
- 5:00 PM – 7:00 AM (night call)
- Schedule starts sporadic and may evolve into consistent rotation
Skills
- Strong communication and flexibility for evolving schedule
- Adaptability to inpatient/outpatient coordination
