📅 Schedule: 2 weeks per month
💰 Pay Rate: Up to $340/hr (negotiable)
🏥 Setting: Clinic + Call duties
📍 Location: Bismarck, ND
🔹 Role Highlights:

Manage clinic and call responsibilities
-
Perform cystoscopy and cystoscopy with dilation procedures
-
Support permanent provider with call and clinic coverage
📈 Workload:
-
15–20 patients scheduled daily in clinic
-
2–3 in-clinic procedures per day
-
1–3 patients daily requiring procedures
-
3–4 surgeries scheduled/emergent on surgery days
-
Post-op rounding and inpatient consults during day call
👩⚕️ Support Team & Tools:
-
3 Registered Nurses (RNs)
-
1 Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)
-
EMR System: EPIC
✈️ Travel & Lodging:
-
Travel expenses covered (domestic flights only)
-
Preferred hotels for lodging
✅ Candidate Requirements:
✔️ Board Certified Urology preferred; Board Eligible accepted (within 5 years post-residency)
✔️ Active North Dakota medical license preferred
✔️ Case logs required for review
