We’re seeking a compassionate, board-certified or board-eligible family medicine physician to join an established outpatient-only primary care team in the scenic Rogue Valley of Southern Oregon. This full-time role offers the opportunity to collaborate with a highly skilled and supportive group of physicians, advanced practice providers, and clinical staff—all committed to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care.
Opportunity Highlights:
• Year 1–2: $540,000 guaranteed or wRVU-based model—whichever is higher
• Year 3+: wRVU-based salary with performance incentives (up to 10%)
• $50,000 Signing Bonus
