Full time
Join a progressive, academic health system in central New York and major teaching affiliate of Columbia University, is seeking a qualified Urologist to join our staff.
Position Highlights:
* Join a dedicated team of 3 MDs and 3 Advanced Practice Clinicians
* Practice at a 180-bed primary hospital with a Level III Trauma Center
* Immediate referral base from over 100 primary care clinicians within the network
* Fully supported by APCs, with opportunities to engage in resident and medical student education
* Shared call responsibilities limited to the main hospital; APCs take first inpatient call
* State-of-the-art surgical suites, including a dedicated Xi DaVinci robotic operating room
Compensation & Incentives:
* Base Salary: $515,000 - $619,000
* Productivity Incentives: No earnings cap; substantial bonus potential starting in year one
* Sign-On Bonus: Up to $200,000
* Residency Stipend: Up to $60,000 available for those within 18 months of graduation (subject to eligibility under U.S. immigration law)

Qualifications:
* MD, DO, or MBBS
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in General Surgery
* Eligible for New York State Medical Licensure
* BLS Certification and DEA registration required
