Urologist Opportunity Outpatient & Operative Practice in Northeastern Massachusetts**
A well-established and respected urology practice in northeastern Massachusetts is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join a growing team serving the greater Chelmsford and Lowell regions. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative, well-supported, and forward-thinking clinical environment with opportunities for academic engagement.
*Position Highlights:**
* Flexible Scheduling: Choose a 4- or 5-day workweek based on your preference
* Outstanding Support:
* 1:1 administrative support per physician
* Three in-office nurses for triage and clinical support
* A daytime Physician Assistant covering hospital-based pre- and post-op needs five days per week
* Additional Nurse Practitioner providing late-day support four days per week (2:00 PM 12:00 AM), taking first call for hospital and office
Practice Overview:
* Longstanding practice with over 50 years of trusted care in the community
* Integrated into a larger healthcare network, offering excellent cross-specialty collaboration
* Access to cutting-edge technology including Da Vinci Xi robot, in-house ultrasound, and MRI-guided prostate biopsy
* Collaborative environment with Interventional Radiology, Nephrology, Oncology, and Primary Care
* Strong referral base and diverse patient population
* Focus on a broad spectrum of urological services including:
* Oncology
* Endourology and stone procedures
* Laparoscopy and robotics
* BPH, erectile dysfunction, incontinence, female and basic pediatric urology
Academic & Teaching Opportunities:
* Option to participate in medical student teaching and academic appointments through a major university medical school
* Opportunities for clinical trials and academic collaboration
Compensation & Benefits:

Schedule & Call:
* Full-time, 4 or 5 days/week
* Shared call rotation among group providers
Requirements:
* MD or DO (or foreign equivalent)
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
* Eligible for Massachusetts medical licensure
