A well-established, multi-specialty urology group in Central/Northwest Ohio is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Urologist to join their team. This full-time role offers access to advanced robotics, strong subspecialty support, and a collegial environment with a healthy work-life balance.

Job Responsibilities

Provide urologic care to adult and pediatric patients

Perform advanced laparoscopic and robot-assisted procedures using da Vinci® Xi™ Surgical Robots (4 units with da Vinci® Table Motion)

Average 20–30 patients/day in clinic

1.5–2 OR days/week depending on surgical volume

Office procedures include: cystoscopy (male/female), vasectomy under local, prostate/bladder biopsies, stent removal, PTNS, CMG, PNEs with Axonics, Bulkamid and Botox injections

Surgical settings include main hospital, critical access hospital, and surgery center

1:3 light call with mostly phone consults; 24-hour in-house hospitalist service handles ED admissions

Use of advanced equipment including Olympus Cysto Towers, Phillips Epiq 5 Ultrasound, UroNav Fusion Biopsy, Urodynamics, and UroLift

Contribute to developing prostatectomy and cystectomy programs

Documentation via Cerner EMR

Qualifications

MD or DO degree from an accredited program

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology

Eligible for Ohio medical license

Robotics experience preferred, but training can be provided

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Team-oriented mindset with a patient-first approach

Working Hours

Flexible office schedule

1.5–2 operating room days per week

Light call, no more than 1:3, mostly phone-based

Full-time, hospital-employed practice

Skills

Proficiency in general urologic care and surgery

Comfort with office procedures and use of specialized urologic equipment

Robotics skills (da Vinci system) or willingness to train

Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team

Strong EMR proficiency (Cerner preferred)
