A thriving multi-specialty medical group in Wooster, Ohio is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Urologist to join its team. Job Responsibilities
Perform a wide range of urologic procedures and surgeries
Collaborate with hospitalists for inpatient care management
Participate in a shared call schedule
Maintain accurate, timely documentation using a unified Electronic Health Record system
Provide consultations and follow-up care to ensure comprehensive treatment plans
Engage in patient education regarding disease prevention, surgical procedures, and post-operative care
Qualifications
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
Active Ohio medical license or ability to obtain one
Excellent clinical, diagnostic, and surgical skills
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care
Working Hours
4-day work week when not on call
On-call responsibilities shared among the team
Outpatient clinic with inpatient coverage at a single hospital
Skills
Comfortable working in both outpatient and inpatient settings
Experience with EHR systems
Strong decision-making, organization, and collaboration skills
