Due to high patient demand, the incoming physician will step into a ready-made practice with a strong built-in referral base.
Opportunity Details:
• Join an established team of 4 physicians and 2 advanced practice clinicians in a physician-led multispecialty group
• Robotic surgery training required; the integrated delivery system includes a hospital with 4 da Vinci robots
• Epic EMR
Compensation & Benefits:
• Year one guarantee of $750,000 plus $75,000 sign-on bonus ($825,000 total year one)
• Productivity incentives, with the option to come off guarantee early if outproducing wRVU targets
• Quality bonus up to $10,000 annually
• Comprehensive benefits including retirement, Continuing Medical Education stipend, Paid Time Off and malpractice
