Position Highlights:
Join an established hospital-employed group of four urologists and five advanced practice providers
Perform a full spectrum of elective and trauma urology procedures with minimal ramp-up time
Two dedicated urology OR suites, ESWL suite, and access to a state-of-the-art outpatient surgery center
Advanced technologies including 3T MRI, da Vinci Xi robotics, laparoscopic urology, interstim, cryotherapy, videourodynamics, Holmium laser, and ultrasound
Strong referral network with over 200 employed primary care providers
Compensation & Benefits:
$655,000 guaranteed starting salary; potential to earn $700,000+ in year one with production bonus
$50,000 sign-on bonus plus relocation assistance
Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) eligibility
Occurrence-based malpractice insurance
1:5 call schedule with APP support
CME allowance of $5,000 annually and flexible time off
