The facility utilizes Paragon EMR system and provides adequate hospital staff support including Market Director, Manager, and Practice Manager to ensure smooth operations.
Opportunity: Yes-Urology
This opportunity allows for providing essential urology services to a community in need. The position offers flexibility in scheduling with current coverage needed in December (16-26, 29-31) with potential for ongoing assignments.
Job Details:
- Hospital-based urology coverage with call responsibilities
- Estimated patient load of 3 patients per day
- Rounding on approximately 3-4 patients daily (0-2 hours)
- On-call responsibilities with approximately 2-3 calls during a 24-hour shift
- Potential for 0-2 call-backs during a 24-hour period
- Procedures include SP punches, DVIU, ureteroscopy with stone extraction, cystoscopies, stent placements, and difficult catheters
- Board certification required
- Various certifications required including ABLS, ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS
- Experience in general urology (adult, pediatric, neonate) preferred
- Advanced endoscopic techniques and laparoscopic surgery skills preferred
- Credentialing timeframe: 45-60 days for full privileges

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
