Urology Opportunity | Northern California Wine Country

$600K Base + Production | $50K Sign-On | Da Vinci Robotics


A well-established nonprofit healthcare organization in Northern California is seeking a Urologist to join a collaborative practice offering advanced surgical technology, strong clinical support, and a broad procedural scope. This opportunity combines competitive compensation with a balanced schedule and access to Da Vinci robotic technology, all in one of Northern California's most desirable regions.


Practice Highlights

  • Full-spectrum urology practice including robotic surgery, ureteroscopy, PCNL, vasectomy, female urology, urodynamics, cystoscopy, and PTNS
  • Access to Da Vinci surgical robots
  • Manageable patient volume with strong support during ramp-up
  • Cerner EMR with Dragon Medical dictation and AI-assisted documentation support
  • Collaborative team environment with strong clinical resources

Schedule & Call Structure

  • Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
  • Approximately 10 call days per month, with additional compensation available for call exceeding 5 days and enhanced call rates in subsequent years
  • Five weeks PTO plus dedicated CME time

Compensation & Benefits

  • $600,000 base salary plus production incentives
  • $50,000 sign-on bonus

Candidate Requirements

  • Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  • Comfortable with a broad procedural mix, including robotic surgery
  • Eligible for or currently holding a California medical license
