Adex Medical Staffing is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Urologist to join our dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for qualified physicians who require visa sponsorship to practice in the United States.
As a Urologist, you will provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient urologic care, collaborate with multidisciplinary medical teams, and apply evidence-based practices to achieve optimal patient outcomes. Additional opportunities are available in multiple states.

Visa Sponsorship
This position is open to qualified candidates requiring visa sponsorship. Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive annual base salary: $265,000 – $275,000, plus potential additional sessional earnings up to $50,000

Job Responsibilities
• Perform urologic procedures and surgeries as indicated by patient needs and clinical guidelines.
• Conduct patient consultations, evaluate diagnostic tests, and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, including surgeons, oncologists, and nursing staff, to deliver coordinated and comprehensive patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in patient medical records and electronic health systems.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, departmental meetings, and hospital committees as required.
• Provide on-call coverage and respond promptly to urologic emergencies when necessary.
Qualifications
• Board certification or eligibility in Urology.
• Valid medical license or eligibility to obtain a medical license in [State].
• Ability to work well within a multidisciplinary team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to providing high-quality care to diverse patient populations.
