Urologist opening in Dayton OH Full time, permanent job Private Urology practice is searching for a BC/BE Urologist for Greater Dayton, OH. Office philosophy - With a strong collaborative approach, our group prides itself on being team oriented: creating work-life balance by dividing work and referrals evenly. - Partnership tract for physician owned surgical hospital and real estate. Staff - 4 board certified urologists - 1 PA - 10 Medical Assistants - 3 Billing and coding specialists - 8 Front desk and administrative staff - 3 Mid-level managers - Practice manager Location - 5 locations, partnered with 4 hospitals - Large referral network of private and hospital employed PCP's. Call - 1:5 call with assistance from PA for weekly rounding and weekend call Scheduling - Clinic and Surgery is split 50/50 Electronic Medical Record - NextGen in office; EPIC in hospitals Package - Generous benefits and a highly competitive compensation package Facilities - Main office - 3 procedure rooms - Digital Olympus scope with video monitors in two procedure rooms - Onsite Urodynamic - 2 GE ultrasounds, one purchased in 2018 - Satellite offices offer procedure rooms that have the ability to do Urolift, Botox, PNE, Bladder Biopsy. - Basic procedures including: cystoscope and prostate biopsy Hospitals - Da Vinci Robot at two hospitals - Ability to perform all Urologic surgeries, excluding reconstruction and pediatrics Greater Dayton Area The Greater Dayton Area is a fantastic place to raise a family and offers all the warmth and charm you can find only in the Midwest.
