Perm Urologist - General Urology in Saginaw, MI

• License/Certs: Medical license in Michigan, Board Certified in Urology
• Experience: Prior urology clinical experience preferred

• Hourly Pay Rate: $1.00 (pay package discussed upon application)

• Provide comprehensive urological care, including diagnosis and treatment of general urological conditions
• Perform laparoscopic procedures and other surgical interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including uro-oncologists and other specialists
• Manage outpatient and inpatient services at a leading regional facility
• Participate in on-call duties (currently 1:4 ratio)
• Engage in patient education, documentation, and follow-up
• Contribute to a patient-centered, quality-focused practice environment

Required:

• Medical license in Michigan
• Board Certification in Urology (American Board of Urology or equivalent)
• Excellent communication and clinical skills
• Experience in laparoscopic and general urology procedures

Preferred:

• Leadership skills and experience in building or managing a practice
• Previous experience in a hospital or outpatient setting
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
