Physician will be joining a group of three urologists, one uro/gyn, and four advanced practice providers
Base Salary of $500,000 for years then move to a productive model in year three
Signing Bonus of $60,000
Student Loan Repayment of $100,000
Unique Joint venture ownership available in outpatient surgery center
