TMC Health is starting a new employed urology program in Tucson, Arizona. We are hiring 2 or more Urologists, along with Advanced Practice Providers, to help build a new outpatient urology practice and support hospital services. TMC Health is a locally governed, nonprofit health system with a 600+ bed regional medical center. We provide strong administrative, operational, and financial support. This role is ideal for a urologist who wants to help build a program, have input into how the practice runs, and still have the stability of an employed position. You will have: - Dedicated office space - Specialized equipment - Full administrative support - Shared call coverage with private urologists in the community You will not be expected to take on private-practice risk. Job Responsibilities

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide outpatient urology care.
Help establish and grow a new employed urology practice.
Support hospital‑based urology services as needed.
Participate in inpatient and procedural coverage.
Collaborate with Advanced Practice Providers.
Work with private urologists in the community for shared call coverage.
Contribute input on practice workflows and program development.
Deliver high‑quality, patient‑centered care.

Qualifications

QUALIFICATIONS
Board‑eligible or board‑certified in Urology.
Eligible for Arizona medical licensure.
Eligible for hospital credentialing.
Ability to work in an employed physician model.
Interest in helping build a new program.
Comfort working collaboratively with APPs and other physicians.

Working Hours

WORKING HOURS / SCHEDULE
Primarily outpatient clinic hours.
Hospital and procedural responsibilities as needed.
Call shared with community urologists.
Exact schedule to be determined as the program is built.
Employed position (no private‑practice financial risk).
