- Perform abdominal, pelvic, or retroperitoneal surgeries when necessary
- Treat lower urinary tract dysfunctions
- Provide Urology consultations and refer patients to specialists
- Oversight of nurses, residents, APP's and other staff as needed
- Cover just one hospital with 6 residency programs
