- 24 hour call coverage
- Aug 19 @ 7:00 am – Aug 21 @ 7:00 am
- Sept 14 @ 7:00 am – Sept 18 @ 7:00 am
- Sept 27 @ 7:00 am – Sept 28 @ 7:00 am
- Sept 30 @ 7:00 am – Oct 2 @ 7:00 am
- Oct 7 @ 7:00 am – Oct 9 @ 7:00 am
- Oct 21 @ 7:00 am – Oct 23 @ 7:00 am
- Dec 2 @ 7:00 am – Dec 4 @ 7:00 am
- Dec 16 @ 7:00 am – Dec 18 @ 7:00 am
- Dec 31 @ 7:00 am – ongoing
- Clinical Information:
- Patient Ages: Adult
- On Call: Yes
- Hotel/Beeper Call – required to respond in person to those requests, not just phone calls
- 500 bed hospital
- In a 24 hour period, usually called in 2-5 hours
- Call back requirement: 20 minute response time
- Nursing Staff Support
- eCW and Meditech
- Daily patient volume: 28
- Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Current Flu Vaccine
- Must be fully vaccinated for Covid 19
- Exemptions only allowed for religious or medical reasons, once approved by the facility.
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- Active VA License
- 200 case logs in the last two years
- BCLS, PALS
