Urology opening: Beaumont, TX 84 miles east of Houston Base $515k; wRVU threshold 9,078 at $55.00 About the Job:

  • Full-time, permanent position
  • Non-for-profit hospital system
  • Work schedule - clinic schedule on hospital campus - 8-5 M-Th 8-12 Friday
  • Call schedule - 1:4
  • Traditional Inpatient Outpatient mix w/ office on campus
  • Join 1 other urologist in practice
Compensation and Benefits: Compensation/compensation structure - Base $515k; wRVU threshold 9,078 at $55.00 Education stipend up to $100k Benefits - 401k, Visit, Dental, 25 Days PTO to be used in the calendar year Commencement Bonus: $25k Relocation up to $10k Student loan assistance if needed About the Health System: Attracting good people and keeping them is essential to the strategy of a successful company.
