Opportunity

• Join one Urologist and two APPs in an office within the hospital for easy access to surgery and consults.
• Build your practice the way you prefer and choose how busy you want to be.
• Robot is available

Compensation/Benefits

• $650,000 + bonus based on RVU production.
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
• $60,000 total retention bonus (paid $20,000 at the end of years 1, 2 & 3)
• Quality bonus up to 10% of base salary (eligible upon earning a base salary)
• 33 days of time off
• 5 days + $6,000 CME annually
• 1:3 call
