UROLOGY PRACTICE / DESIRED SOUTHWEST COMMUNITY
PRACTICE
*Join 2 hospital employed urologists
*Full-time or Part-time option
*Clinic has mid-level support (PA, 2 MA, LPN, and 3 Office Coordinators)
*Scribe support available if desired
*Flexible work schedule
*Be busy day one
*Call of 1:3 - Very Light with lots of support
*Clinic located by hospital
*Cerner EMR
*200 Bed hospital
*One surg day per week and ESWL 2x per month
*Common procedures needed (TURP, TURBT, Cystoscopy, Ureteroscopy, ESWL, Nephrectomy)
*DaVinici Robot on-site
*On-going salary of $640K plus wRVU production bonus
*Expect to earn 75th to 90th percentile yearly
*Full benefits to include malpractice, tail, CME, student support, relo, PTO(28-31 days), and $100K+ sign-on bonus / stipend
*Federal assistance support
*Building a new hospital
