*Current Dates Needed:
*Schedule: Call Only; Days - In-house + 2-3 hours rounding; Nights - Beeper/Cell Phone
*Requirements:
*EMR: Cerner
*Patients per shift: 6-8
*Travel & Lodging covered
*Malpractice Insurance provided
*Rates: Not set - give me your going rate and your bottom line rate
*Start Date: ASAP; URGENT NEED
*Current Dates Needed:
- September 9-10, 16-17, 23-24, 30
- October 1, 7-8, 14-15, 21-22, 28-29
- November 4-5, 11-12, 18-19, 25-26
*Schedule: Call Only; Days - In-house + 2-3 hours rounding; Nights - Beeper/Cell Phone
*Requirements:
- Board Certified Neurologist
- Active, unrestricted TX License
- Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB
- TMB License
- ACLS & BLS Certifications
*EMR: Cerner
