*Requirements:
- Active, unrestricted WA license OR IMLCC licensed
- Board Certified Urologist
- Clean DEA/Malpractice/NPDB
- Highly Preferred: surgical skills
- BLS Certification
*EMR: Epic
*Rate: $260/hour; $325/hr OT or Callback; $303/weeknight Call; $1795/24 hr Call
*Travel & Lodging provided
*Malpractice Insurance provided
