Urology Position Convenient to Dallas Metroplex | High Community Need with Robotics, Flexible Call | Denison, TX

We are seeking a full-time Urologist to join Texoma Medical Center in Denison, Texas. This is a turnkey opportunity due to a recent retirement, offering immediate patient volume, strong referral support, and access to advanced surgical technology, allowing you to focus on comprehensive urologic care within a collaborative and well-established practice.

  • Schedule / Hours: Clinic and surgical schedule with dedicated OR time
  • Call: 1:3 call rotation
  • Patient Volume: Established and growing patient base with immediate demand
  • Location: Denison, Texas (60 miles north of Dallas)
  • Practice Setting: Hospital-affiliated multi-specialty group
  • Support / Care Team: Two experienced Urologists, APPs, and full clinical support staff
  • EMR / Technology: Advanced surgical technology including robotics and modern EMR

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive urologic care to adult patient population
  • Perform a full range of urologic procedures, including robotic-assisted surgery
  • Manage outpatient clinic and inpatient consults
  • Collaborate with physicians, APPs, and multidisciplinary care teams
  • Participate in shared call responsibilities
  • Document patient care using hospital EMR system

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $550,000 - $650,000 plus productivity incentives/bonuses

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Urology
  
• Active or eligible Texas medical license
  
• Robotics experience preferred but not required
  
• Interest in a community-based, full-scope urology practice
