Locums Long-Term Urologist needed in Olympia, Washington
*Location: Olympia, WA
*Reason for need: Vacancy - Long-Term Permanent Search (could be considered for Locums to Perm)
*Start Date: July 18
*End Date: December 30
*Coverage: Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call (Beeper)
*Must be Board Certified, active license, DEA, clean Malpractice and NPDB
*Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
*Support staff: 3 RNs, 5 MAs, 1 PA/NP, 4 Office Staff
*No supervision of APPs or teaching
*EMR: Epic
*Requires hospital/surgery center privileges
*15 Patients Per Shift
**Skills Required: General Urology, Adult
*Skills Preferred: Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy, Ureteroscopy, Nephrectomy, Prostatectomy, Robotic Surgery, Renal & Bladder u/s & w/biopsy,
TRUS biopsies, Incontinence procedures, Penile prosthesis, Extracorporreal Shock Wave Lithotripsy (ESWL)
