Practice Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care

Patients Per Shift: 45
Bed in Department: 13
Schedule:
- Rotating schedule, including weekends
- Three 12-hour shifts per week
- Shift hours: 7:45 AM–8:15 PM
- Coverage will rotate between:
- Lafayette
- West Lafayette
Staffing:
- 4 RNs
- 3 MAs
- 4 PAs/NPs
- 2 office staff
Licenses and Certifications Required:
- Active Indiana medical license or IMLC
- BLS
- ACLS
- PALS
Requirements:
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
- Hospital/surgery center privileges required
