Position Overview
NorTek Medical Staffing is seeking a board-certified physician with urgent care experience and a clean background for an urgent care opportunity in Tallahassee, Florida.
Clinical Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat common acute illnesses and non-life-threatening injuries.

Perform minor urgent care procedures within the provider’s training and scope, including suturing, wound care, incision and drainage, and splinting.

Order and interpret appropriate diagnostic testing.

Identify patients requiring emergency department evaluation or specialty referral.

Complete accurate, timely medical documentation.

Collaborate with clinical staff to support quality care and patient flow.
Requirements
-
MD or DO with an active, unrestricted Florida medical license.

Board certification required.

Urgent care experience required.

Clean professional background required.

Comfortable managing acute presentations and performing minor urgent care procedures.

Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
