- Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
- Scope of Work: Urgent Care, work related injuries, pre-employment physicals Must be able to see ages 2 and up.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted CA license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT cert
