Work Dates Needed: 11/23- 2/27/2027 with possible extension
Preferred Schedule: M-F 8am-5pm
Worksite Setting: Outpatient - freestanding clinic
Scope of Work: As a locum provider, you will be accountable for treating both scheduled and walk-in work related injuries and urgent care patients in an outpatient clinic setting. Clinicians must be able to see 3-4 patients per hour or roughly 24 patients in an 8-9 hour shift.
Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: active, unrestricted CA license, Board Cert, DEA, BLS, DOT required
EMR: All_Scripts
Comments: Must be available immediately if candidate is out of state, please provide an all inclusive rate. Provider must be DOT certified, before 1st shift
