Immediate Care Physician (MD/DO)

Schedule: Monday-Friday, Days
Setting: FQHC / Community Health Outpatient Clinic
Job summary :
We are Seeking an MD/DO to provide same-day care for acute illnesses, minor injuries, and urgent medical concerns in a mission-driven community health setting.
Responsibilities :
Diagnose and treat acute conditions and minor injuries
Perform examinations and order/review diagnostic tests
Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications
Perform appropriate minor procedures
Refer or transfer patients requiring higher-level care
Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with the care team
Requirements :
MD or DO with active, unrestricted California license
BC/BE in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or related specialty
BLS and active DEA
1-2 years of relevant clinical experience
Experience with underserved/diverse populations required
Bilingual skills preferred
