This urgent care facility is part of a well-established healthcare network serving the Lafayette and surrounding Indiana communities. The 13-bed department provides comprehensive urgent care services with a high-volume patient environment, offering strong support for locum providers.Opportunity:
Physician - Family Medicine - Urgent CareJob Details:
- Rotating schedule including weekends with three 12-hour shifts per week (7:45am - 8:15pm)
- High-volume urgent care setting with up to 45 patient encounters per shift
- Must hold an active Indiana license or IMLC
- Board certification required (minimum board certification eligible)
- ACLS, BLS, and PALS certifications required
- Credentialing timeframe approximately 90 days
- Start date November 1, 2026 with ongoing need
- Nearest airport is Indianapolis International (IND)
Compensation:
