Position Details:
- Specialty: Family Medicine – Urgent Care
- Start: November 1, 2026
- Duration: Ongoing
- Schedule: 3 × 12-hour shifts/week
- Hours: 7:45 AM – 8:15 PM
- Schedule: Rotating, including weekends
- Patient Volume: 45 patients/shift
- Setting: Outpatient Urgent Care
- EMR: Cerner
- Call: None
- Admissions: None
- Support: 4 RNs, 3 MAs, 4 APPs, 2 office staff
- Locations: Lafayette & West Lafayette, IN
- License: Active Indiana license or IMLC
- Certifications: BLS, ACLS & PALS
- Board Certification: Required/eligible per facility requirements
- Credentialing: Approximately 90 days
- Travel: Lodging available; nearest airport is Indianapolis (IND)
