Family Medicine – Urgent Care Opportunity in Western Georgia

• Full-Time Urgent Care | Medical Director Opportunity | Hourly Compensation + Quarterly Incentives
• I’m working with an established healthcare system in western Georgia that is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Family Medicine physician to join its Urgent Care team. This is a full-time opportunity with a consistent schedule, strong clinical and administrative support, and the potential to advance into a Medical Director role.

Position Highlights

• Full-time Urgent Care position
• 3–5 years of clinical experience required

• Hourly compensation + quarterly incentive program

• Every other weekend required

Schedule

The position follows a rotating schedule designed to average approximately 40 hours per week:

• One week: 3 weekdays + 2 weekend days
• Following week: 2 weekdays
• Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM–8:00 PM, or until the last patient is seen
• Saturday–Sunday: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, or until the last patient is seen
• Every other weekend

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• 3–5 years of experience
• Georgia medical license or eligibility
• DOT certification preferred
