This full time (1.0 FTE) clinical position encompasses 36 direct patient care hours per week, working alongside APPs in a supervisory/collaborative role. In addition, this position is responsible for insuring clinical operational workflows of the Urgent Care site under the supervision of the System Medical Director of Urgent, and possible billable administrative hours (on average 5 – 8 hours per month).
At our Nampa UC clinic, as with our other urgent care clinics across the health system, patient scope includes a variety of adult and pediatric illnesses and injuries, including but not limited to, simple fractures, lacerations, colds and flu, and other medical conditions not requiring emergency room care. The clinic is open 7 days per week from 8am-10pm.
The Nampa Urgent Care has a full complement of ancillary services including laboratory and imaging, and is supported by RN's and CMA's.

Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: MD/DO from accredited medical school
- BC/BE in Specialty
- Active, unrestricted medical license in the state of practice
- Current licenses with full prescriptive authority from the Federal DEA and Idaho Board of Pharmacy
- Eligibility to obtain Medical Staff Privileges with St. Luke’s Health System
