Description

We are seeking a Staff Physician for a full-time Quick Care/Urgent Care position in Las Vegas, Nevada. The physician will provide professional medical services and perform required administrative duties while caring for adult and pediatric patients.

This is an at-will, exempt position that will serve at the pleasure of the CEO. The position offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including an employer-paid Nevada PERS pension plan.

Compensation:

Job Responsibilities

• Provide professional physician services in the Quick Care/Urgent Care setting.
• Evaluate and treat adult and pediatric patients.
• Provide appropriate medical care based on patient needs.
• Develop and implement appropriate care plans.
• Make effective clinical decisions during stressful and emergency circumstances.
• Provide appropriate referrals and coordinate with outside agencies when necessary.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement activities.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of medicine.

• DEA Controlled Substance Registration Certificate — required.
• BLS certification accepted by the American Heart Association (AHA) — required.
