Lead, practice, and make an impact in a growing Urgent Care program in Northeast Wisconsin. We are seeking a Board Certified EXPERIENCED Urgent Care, Emergency Medicine, or Family Medicine physician to join a physician-led health system as an Urgent Care Physician (0.9 FTE) and Medical Director (0.1 FTE). This full-time opportunity offers the best of both worlds: hands-on patient care and meaningful clinical leadership. Providers work in a collaborative, team-based environment alongside experienced APPs, seeing a variety of urgent care cases in a modern practice supported by onsite Physical Therapy, Ultrasound, Behavioral Health, and Occupational Health services.

Enjoy a flexible schedule of 40 hours per week, consisting of 8 to 12-hour shifts, and no call responsibilities. Average patient volume is 30 to 40 patients daily, with strong provider support throughout each shift of 1-2 Advanced Practice Providers. As Medical Director, you'll help guide the Urgent Care provider team, champion clinical excellence, and support continued growth and innovation across the practice.
