Position Highlights
- Los Angeles, CA
- Full-Time |💰 Pay: $275,000–$300,000/year
- 80% Clinical / 20% Administrative role
- Urgent Care setting - Outpatient

Key Responsibilities
- Provide urgent care for acute and complex conditions
- Oversee providers, workflows, quality, and patient safety & help to mentor clinical staff
- Support documentation, patient flow, and operational improvement
- Partner with leadership on program growth and service development
Qualifications
- MD or DO with active California license
- Board Certified or Board Eligible
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS
- 3+ years of urgent care, emergency medicine, or higher-volume outpatient experience
- Leadership or supervisory experience is a plus
- FQHC or value-based care experience is a bonus
