Overview:
* Join a well-established urgent care network serving the Cedar Rapids and Marion communities
* Flexible full-time schedule averaging 14-15 shifts per month
* Clinic hours are 8am-8pm Monday-Friday and 8am-3pm on weekends with rotating weekend coverage
* Two providers per shift with no call responsibilities
* Average patient volume of 5-6 patients per hour
* Treat minor illnesses and injuries while providing care for patients of all ages
* Onsite diagnostic and laboratory capabilities with ability to order additional testing and coordinate follow-up care
* Online "Reserve Your Spot" functionality improves patient access and workflow efficiency
* Dedicated administrative time and flexible scheduling promote work-life balance
* Supported by a 24/7 hospitalist program for adult and pediatric inpatients
