*Overview**
Join a high-performing Urgent Care team within one of the largest physician-owned multi-specialty clinics in the Midwest. This opportunity offers immediate patient volume, a structured schedule, and a pathway to partnership in a collegial, patient-focused environment.
Practice Details
* Established patient volumes — no ramp-up required
* Locations in West Des Moines, Ankeny, and Waukee
* Each shift staffed with:
* 2 providers
* 3 clinical support staff
* Excellent payer mix and strong operational support
Schedule
* ~144 shifts per year
* Weekday shifts: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
* Weekend shifts: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM
* Typical schedule:
* 3 weekday shifts per week
* 1 weekend per month (Saturday & Sunday)
Clinical Responsibilities
* Diagnose and treat acute illnesses and injuries
* Perform minor procedures as appropriate in urgent care setting
* Provide high-quality, cost-effective care
* Deliver a five-star patient experience
* Participate in department operations, including occasional shift coverage
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for continuity of care

Qualifications
* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine
* Eligible for medical licensure in Iowa
