Leadership opportunity overseeing multiple urgent care centers with a respected regional healthcare system. This role blends clinical practice with administrative leadership.

- 80% clinical / 20% administrative
- 40 hours/week with some weekends
- Oversight of three urgent care sites
- Recruit, mentor, and support physicians & APPs
- Partner with operations, nursing, and executive leadership

Responsibilities
- Lead and manage urgent care operations across the region
- Supervise clinical staff and support team development
- Guide staffing, scheduling, workflow, and quality initiatives
- Contribute to hiring, budgeting, and process improvement
Qualifications
- Board Certified in FM or EM
- 3–5+ years of clinical experience
- Leadership experience preferred
