Job description
Job description
I'm working on a long-term, hospital-employed Urgent Care practice in the Southeast — the kind of secure, well-run group that's genuinely hard to find in UC right now.
• The money scales with your pace, not your days — on the normal 14–16 shift rotation, an average ~29 patients/day earns $450K+, and current providers around 40/day are near $607K. No extra shifts required; pick them up only if you want more.
• Competitive base plus wRVU incentive, a $50K+ commencement, $15K moving assistance, and full benefits (malpractice + tail, health, 401(k)/403(b), CME, PTO)
• Large Team: Modern clinics with your pick of three locations; mostly-adult scope with little to no peds
Outside the clinic: low cost of living in an NCAA Division I college town, warm weather, strong schools, and quick regional flights to Atlanta.
Hospital-employed security, a schedule that gives you your life back, and earnings that rise with your pace — not your hours.
Qualifications: BE/BC, Some Urgent Care experience (1+ years), open to various training backgrounds, does not qualify for H/J sponsorships

Urgent Care Opening
Hi. What if urgent care gave you half the month off, no call, and $450K+ that climbs toward $607K — without ever working extra days?I'm working on a long-term, hospital-employed Urgent Care practice in the Southeast — the kind of secure, well-run group that's genuinely hard to find in UC right now.
Why providers are taking a look:
• A repeating 2-week block: work 2, off 2, work 3 — then off 2, work 2, off 3. You're off half the month, never more than 3 days in a row, with reduced weekend hours and no call, ever.• The money scales with your pace, not your days — on the normal 14–16 shift rotation, an average ~29 patients/day earns $450K+, and current providers around 40/day are near $607K. No extra shifts required; pick them up only if you want more.
