This facility features beautiful new clinics in Baxter, Staples, and Deerwood. The urgent care center is well-equipped with support from specialists and ancillary services, providing comprehensive care in a modern healthcare environment to serve the needs of the Lakes Country community.
Opportunity:
Board Certified/Board Eligible - Family Medicine
Job Details:
• Casual position in Urgent Care requiring a minimum of 4 shifts per month • 12-hour shifts on weekdays (8a-8p) and 8-hour shifts on weekends (9a-4p) • Work alongside 3-4 providers (APPs and/or physicians) during typical shifts • Manage diverse cases including pediatric, respiratory, injuries, and orthopedic concerns • Cases similar to office practice with support from specialists and ancillary services • Acute Care/Urgent Care experience preferred • Practice in beautiful new clinics located in Baxter, Staples, and Deerwood • May be eligible to receive additional compensation in the form of bonuses, quality incentives or production-based compensation • Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance • 401(k) plan with employer contributions for retirement planning • Professional development opportunities including training, tuition reimbursement, and educational programs • Flexible scheduling, generous time off, and wellness resources focused on physical, mental, and emotional health
