Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent, evidence-based patient care while serving as clinical leader

  • Mentor and supervise APCs and care team members to ensure optimal outcomes

  • Collaborate across specialties (therapy, rehab, occupational medicine) to manage cases efficiently

  • Partner with practice leadership on staffing, quality initiatives, financial awareness, and patient satisfaction goals

  • Foster a professional, safe, and collaborative clinic environment

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with patients, employers, and payers

Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted medical license

  • DEA and dispensing license (or ability to obtain before start)

  • Board certified or board eligible (ABMS/AOA) preferred

  • Eligible for Medicare participation

  • FMCSA certification preferred (or willingness to obtain; training provided)
