Overview
This role is designed for physicians who want to combinedirect patient care with clinical leadershipin a collaborative, supportive practice. As Medical Director, youll treat patients while also mentoring clinicians, guiding quality initiatives, and partnering with leadership to ensure clinical and operational excellence.

Compensation & Benefits

  • $20,000 hiring bonus

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver compassionate, evidence-based care as the lead physician

  • Supervise and mentor APCs and support staff, promoting excellence

  • Collaborate with therapeutic and specialty partners to optimize outcomes

  • Partner with leadership on staffing, quality, and operational improvements

  • Build client and payer relationships while ensuring overall patient satisfaction

  • Lead by example and foster a safe, professional, respectful workplace culture

Qualifications

  • MD or DO with active, unrestricted medical license

  • DEA and dispensing license (or eligible before start date)

  • Board Certified/Board Eligible (ABMS or AOA specialty preferred)

  • Eligible for Medicare participation

  • FMCSA certification preferred (training available if not yet obtained)
