Schedule:Monday"Friday, 8am"5pm (no nights, weekends, holidays, or call)
Compensation:$230,000"$255,000 base salary + monthly & quarterly incentives + director stipend

We are seeking aClinic Medical Directorto join a well-established urgent care/occupational medicine practice. In this role, you will balancedirect patient carewithphysician leadership,guiding a clinical team, enhancing quality, and supporting operational excellence.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care while serving as clinic leader

  • Supervise and mentor physicians, APCs, and support staff

  • Ensure compliance and quality standards are consistently met

  • Collaborate with specialists and therapists to optimize outcomes

  • Support day-to-day clinic operations and performance metrics

  • Build strong relationships with patients, staff, and community partners


Qualifications

  • Active, unrestricted medical license (state of practice)

  • DEA license (required prior to start)

  • Board Certification/Eligibility (ABMS or AOA-recognized specialty preferred)

  • Must be Medicare eligible

  • FMCSA NRCME certification (or willingness to obtain)
