Must have an active Ohio license, DEA, and BLS.

Position Highlights:

Schedule: 10a–10p, 7-on/7-off OR flexible models (5 days/week, 4-on/3-off, etc.)

Coverage Needs: Single physician coverage until 10/20; APP coverage expanding soon

Volume: 50–60 patients/day

Requirements:

Board Certified / Board Eligible in FM, IM, EM, or OM – REQUIRED

Active Ohio license – REQUIRED (due to quick start)
