Primary Care Physician Opportunity - Northridge, CA Join one of Southern California s fastest-growing Independent Physician Associations offering a welcoming and supportive environment focused on quality care and physician success. We are seeking a full-time Primary Care Physician committed to delivering excellent clinical outcomes and compassionate care. Position Details:

  • Conduct comprehensive health histories and physical exams
  • Diagnose and develop treatment plans; clearly communicate with patients
  • Prescribe and refill medications, including controlled substances, in compliance with all regulations
  • Perform clinic-based, inpatient, and outpatient procedures as appropriate to training
  • Manage care transitions and coordinate with specialists, case managers, and allied health professionals
  • Review and act on diagnostic results (labs, imaging, EKGs) in a timely manner
  • Use NextGen EMR (or other designated systems) to document patient care per policy
  • Cover for other providers and work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
  • Refer patients to specialty care when appropriate
  • Engage in performance improvement, peer review, and protocol development
  • Respond to patient communications via phone and patient portal promptly
  • Supervise Advanced Practice Providers (PAs/NPs) as assigned
